End of Lease

Do you provide a bond-back guarantee?

Yes, all of our end-of-tenancy cleaning services come with a bond-back guarantee. If any areas within our scope are missed, we will return and re-clean them at no extra cost within 72 hours.

Please note that while we are happy to offer a re-clean service within this time frame, we are unable to accommodate requests for re-cleaning more than 7 working days after the service has been completed.

Refunds are not offered in lieu of the re-clean warranty.

The cost of our end-of-lease cleaning typically depends on the size of your property.

We base our pricing on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home.

Additional services not included in our standard bond clean, such as carpet steam cleaning, exterior window cleaning, extra balconies, full wall washing, and extra blinds, will incur additional charges.

If the property requires a more detailed cleaning, we may charge extra. Any additional costs will be communicated to you before the cleaning begins.

Our end-of-lease cleaning starts at $340 for a one-bedroom or studio apartment, with prices increasing based on the size of the property. All prices include GST and our bond-back guarantee.

When booking your cleaning service, we kindly ask that parking be made available for our cleaning teams.

In areas like Sydney’s CBD, North Sydney, Surry Hills, Chippendale, Ultimo, Glebe, Kings Cross, and Redfern, parking can be difficult to find. Our cleaning team arrives fully equipped with cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other necessary tools, so walking long distances to access your home is not practical.

We ask that parking be arranged in advance, and if any parking fees apply, these will be added to the cost of the booking.

We will confirm these details with you before our team arrives.

The duration of an end-of-lease cleaning service depends on the size and condition of your property. Every service we provide is tailored to ensure your property receives the cleaning it deserves. Yes, when you book a cleaning service, our team will bring all the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies to make your home spotless, at no extra cost.

However, if you’d prefer us to use your own products or equipment, just let the cleaners know on the day, and they’ll be happy to accommodate. We can even use eco-friendly or organic cleaning products if that’s your preference.

End of lease cleaning is one of the most challenging services for a cleaning agency to provide.

With over 10,000 successful bond return cleans under our belt, we’ve perfected the process and are confident in our expertise.

That said, we do require the following from customers who book a bond return clean:

Access
While you don’t need to be present at the property, we do need someone to provide access. This could be via key pickup at a nearby location, a friend or relative letting us in, or leaving the keys in a secure spot. Please inform us at the time of booking how we will access the property.

Parking
In most cases, our teams have no issue finding parking. However, for areas with limited parking such as North Sydney, Sydney’s CBD, Bondi, or Parramatta’s CBD, we ask for your assistance in arranging parking. If that’s not possible, we can use a parking garage for an additional cost, which will be communicated to you after booking.

Completed Move
To ensure we provide the best service for your bond return, we require that the property be completely free of furniture. If you’re looking to book a fully furnished end-of-tenancy clean, please contact us via phone or email before making your booking.

Running Water and Electricity
All cleaning services provided by CleanArtex require running water and electricity. We rely on electricity for our vacuums, and hot water is necessary for mopping floors effectively. If the property lacks power, we may need to postpone or reschedule, which may incur an additional cost.

No Tradesmen
Our end-of-lease cleaning cannot be completed if there are tradespeople working at the property simultaneously. If you have painters, plumbers, or other tradesmen scheduled, please ensure your clean is booked either before or after their work is finished.

At CleanArtex, we strive to ensure all appointments are handled promptly and by a professional team. To help us maintain this, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations without any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service result in lost work for our teams.

If a cancellation occurs on the day of your appointment, a $50 fee will apply. Additionally, cancellations made at the door without prior notice will incur a full-price cancellation fee.
