Billing

When making a booking, you will need to provide a valid card, which we will place a hold on the day before your cleaning service. Please note, we only charge after the service is completed. For new customers, we will follow up with a call the day after the cleaning to ensure you’re satisfied with the service.

If you’d prefer to pay using a different method, feel free to call or email us for assistance.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, we will return within 72 hours to address any missed areas and perform a re-clean. If you’re still not satisfied after the re-clean, we will issue a full refund to your account, no questions asked.
